Had our dinner at Peach Garden on a Saturday evening. The place was pretty packed and we ordered a set meal for 2! All the dishes were very tasty and nice!

1) Fresh Scallop with minced Garlic and Chilli accompanied with fried mushroom.

2) Braised Shark's Fin with Fresh Crab Meat in "Tai Ji" style

3) Deep Fried Fillet of Green Wrasse in Peach Garden Style


4) Pan-fried Karobuta Pork Chop with stir-fried Hong Kong Kale


5) Fried Sesame Noodle with Diced Seafood

Overall the food tasted quite good but the restaurant is only occupied with 2 tables during lunch!

The ingredients are very well mixed with a sweet and a bit spicy after taste

The fish soup is excellent and tasty.. without any 'xin' smell at all

3) Pig Trotter Shank

Not the best braised pig trotter we have tasted before

4) Fermented Claypot Vegetable

Delicious gravy that goes very well with rice

GreenHouse Buffet

Greenhouse Buffet Lunch @ Ritz Carlton on 12 Feb ($56)

The variety of fresh seafood has dropped. There's no more fresh oyester and crabs. The size of prawns are much smaller now. But still quite a good and pleasant environment for big family gathering. Worthwhile for senior citizen (above 60 yrs old) with the 50% discount!
