Had our family lunch on the 3rd day of CNY at Jin Shan Restaurant at MBS Hotel. They served quite a variety of ala carte dishes, other than the CNY set menu. We ordered almost 10 dishes and they were very delicious!
The fried silver fish was very crispy and not oily at all!
We ordered the Peking Duck but I forgot to take a picture of it! The meat from the duck was used to fry these noodles. And it was very well done with a fragrant "wok" taste. Have not tasted this "wok" taste for a long time! The duck meat was also very soft and succulent!
Braised Sea Cucember with Mushrooms. Thick and soft sea cucumber was very nicely done.
This is a very soup based dish with luffa and sea maw. The soup was very tasty.
Fried asparagus with scallop! My favourite dish. You can use the gravy and scallop strip to finish up one bowl of rice!
